Carlos Moreno has taken part in C40 Cities’ Students Reinventing Cities third competition with 17 global cities that are committed to delivering a sustainable & just urban future.
The competition is calling on young people to reimagine priority urban areas into green and thriving neighbourhoods through the proximity approach.
He gave opening remarks alongside Hélène Chartier and Obel Award’s Martha Thorne
