Carlos Moreno will participate in the live recording of Affaires étrangères, hosted by Christine Ockrent on France Culture. This special edition, broadcast directly from the Rendez-vous de l’histoire in Blois, will focus on the theme “Dubai: Global City, Reflection and Caricature of the Contemporary World.” The event will take place at the Bibliothèque Abbé-Grégoire, in the Samuel Paty Auditorium, from 11:00 to 12:00.
