Carlos Moreno will remotely take part in the Happy Digital and Flourishing City Forum on Profound Systemic Transformations for Impacted Bureaucratic Reforms along with Catherine Gall from the Chaire ETI. Organised by the Indonesian National Institute of Public Administration, Prof Moreno will join the session on ‘Impactful Systemic Transformation for Flourishing City’ and deliver a presentation about the 15-minute city concept and the revolution of proximity.
