Pr Carlos Moreno est invité par le Haut comité français pour la Résilience nationale
à intervenir le 3 décembre lors d’une Conférence internationale. Il y présentera une keynote dans le cadre de la session sur le thème suivant : « Smart resilient cities ».
Ce colloque international est organisé par le Haut comité français pour la Résilience nationale en visioconférence du 30 novembre au 4 décembre, en partenariat avec l’association TIEMS (The International Emergency management Society) intitulé “Citizens and cities facing new hazards and threats”.

The International Emergency Management Society (TIEMS) 2020 Conference “Citizens and cities facing new hazards and threats“ will be held virtually from 30th November to 4th December.
The French High Committee for National Resilience (www.hcfrn.org) is the “French chapter” representative of TIEMS and co-host of the event.
70 speakers from 20 countries to discuss the following topics :
- Coronavirus and Covid19 Worldwide Status, Consequences and Remedies
- Smart and resilient cities towards natural and technological disasters
- Climate change and adaptation of rescue and response forces
- Resilience policies for cities: Definition, goals and indicators
